By accessing or using Rumblr.xyz, including all associated smart contracts and interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, cease all use immediately.
"Platform" means Rumblr.xyz and its Solana smart contracts. "Game" means any battle royale round. "Wager" means SOL deposited. "Pot" means total SOL wagered. "VRF" means Verifiable Random Function. "PDA" means Program Derived Address. "Jeet" means early cash-out.
You must be 18+ or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher). You are solely responsible for determining legality in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. The Platform is non-custodial and cannot recover lost keys. All transactions are final and irreversible.
GAMBLING INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT FINANCIAL RISK. You may lose all SOL wagered. No returns are guaranteed. All outcomes are determined by VRF. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Only wager what you can afford to lose entirely.
All outcomes use Switchboard VRF on Solana: cryptographic random seed, mathematical proof, on-chain verification. Fee structure fixed: 88% winner, 10% jackpot, 2% platform. Immutable.
All funds in PDA vaults controlled by smart contract code. No entity can access vault funds outside defined logic, modify outcomes, prevent winnings distribution, or freeze player funds.
10% of each pot allocated to daily jackpot via smart contract. Draw at 00:00 UTC via VRF. No minimum guaranteed. Technical failures cause rollover.
Strictly prohibited: bots/scripts/automation, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, money laundering, collusion, interference with operations, impersonation, circumventing security. Violations result in permanent exclusion.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". Operators not liable for: inability to use, smart contract errors, network failures, wallet compromise, regulatory changes, price volatility, oracle failures, or any indirect/consequential damages.
Binding individual arbitration. Class-action waiver. Each party bears own costs. English language. Judgment in any competent court.
Terms may be modified without notice. Continued use = acceptance. Platform may be discontinued. PDA funds remain accessible via direct contract interaction regardless of frontend.
